Product Description
These square Moc toe slip-ons are perfect for casual Fridays or for a night out with your crew. Pull on your favorite jeans, toss your tie over the back of a chair, and you're out the door. Made of top-grain leather, the Clarks Code loafers are available in a glossy black or burnished brown finish. Seam accents border from toe to the top of the vamp, which has decorative leather finger loops, and gore panels on the sides for easy entry. Decorative dual stitching runs along the arch and instep to the counter which features a leather overlay with a pull-tab stamped with the Clarks logo. The durable and shock absorbent polyurethane sole has an ample heel and the leather liner and padded collar ensure a snug fit.

too tight (2008-09-29)
These shoes are pretty tight, most probably due to the elastic they have put to make it an easy Slip-On.. hopefully it'll be okay after a little bit of use.
Otherwise the shoes are very light and comfy.. go ahead and order them :)

The Good:
- Versatile look
- Fairly comfortable
- Great for those of us who travel frequently (airport security)
The Bad:
- had to add heel pads to minimize slippage
- the shoes seem prone to squeaking
I got these for less than $30 so I'd say they are a definite buy at such a low price. At a $70 to $80 price point, I'd probably drop my rating to three stars as there is nothing special about the shoes.
Great shoe for a great price (2008-09-05)
I've had these shoes for a month. They are breaking in very well. The only problem I've noticed so is the loud squeaking when walking across non-carpeted areas. This happens when the sole of the shoe is wet or dry. However, it's still a very nice shoe for the price.
